Choosing the perfect look does not need to cost more than your session! You may already have the perfect look in your own closet. It is best not to match the entire family (unless its holiday pajamas at a mini session!) Photos you can print out large and display in your home year round look best when you put together a simple outfit! I highly suggest neutral colors or earth tones. Black photographs well with my editing style too! Below are some examples of well thought out looks that will help when deciding your own! ALSO- SHOES DO MATTER. AVOID RUNNING SHOES OR BRIGHTLY COLORED SHOES OR SHOES THAT ARE noticeably WARN. NOT EVERY SHOT WILL SHOW THEM BUT SOME WILL! when we chat I can send more samples or you can send photos and we can discuss it together! it is part of the fun experience!
A great tip for the moms- dress yourself first! once you find the perfect look for yourself it will be so easy to shop for the rest! you can use what you wear to style everyone else!
It is important to dress comfortably for the location. If we are shooting at the lake, we are barefoot! Check the weather to make sure you will be dressed appropriately and comfortable!
